Abstract Light‐driven soft actuators with adaptive shape changes, diverse geometric morphing, and reversible macroscopic movements have gained ever‐increasing interest owing to their applications ranging from biomedical aerospace devices. Herein, presented is a near‐infrared (NIR) light‐stimulated actuator based on cis ‐1,4 polybutadiene‐polyethylene semicrystalline copolymer. In the system, newly synthesized croconaine dye,...
Lithium nitrate (LiNO3) stands as an effective electrolyte additive, mitigating the degradation of Li metal anodes by forming a Li3N-rich solid interphase (SEI). However, its conversion kinetics are impeded energy-consuming eight-electron transfer reactions. Herein, isoreticular metal-organic framework-8-derived carbon is incorporated into cloth (RMCC) catalytic current collector to regulate LiNO3 and boost Li3N generation inside SEI. Our findings reveal that reducing LiNO during...
This study develops a cost-effective strategy to integrate the bimetal NiFe Prussian blue analog (PBA) on carbon cloth (NFPB@CC) as highly-active oxygen evolution reaction (OER) hybrid catalyst. NFPB@CC possesses abundant unsaturated metal active sites, with low OER overpotential of only 332 mV and Tafel slope 78 dec-1 at 10 mA cm-1.
A polymer network based on a cis-1,4-polybutadiene–polyethylene copolymer exhibits multi- and two-way shape memory effects as well high-strain capacity.
Inverse vulcanization provides a facile route to transform industrial byproduct sulfur into attractive polymeric materials with variety of applications. Herein, an inverse vulcanized copolymer (PSM) was synthesized by copolymerization biomass magnolol and sulfur. PSM presents outstanding intrinsic flame retardancy the formation highly pyrolysis-resistant carbonaceous material during combustion. Especially, it can serve as multifunctional ingredient when utilized in rubber composites. The...
The inverse reinforcement learning approach to imitation is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can enable from smaller number of expert demonstrations with more robustness error compounding than behavioral cloning approaches. other requires that learner repeatedly solve computationally expensive (RL) problem. Often, much this computation wasted searching over policies very dissimilar expert's. In work, we propose using hybrid RL -- training on mixture online and data curtail...
Two imine-based COFs with flexible channels were synthesized, showing high sensitivity and selectivity towards nitro-explosives.
A chromone-modified polyethylene possessing intriguing antioxidative, fluorescence, and compatibility properties was facilely synthesized by a radical-mediated C–H activation method.
Children with benign childhood epilepsy centro-temporal spikes (BECT) have spikes, sharps, and composite waves on their electroencephalogram (EEG). It is necessary to detect diagnose BECT clinically. The template matching method can identify effectively. However, due the individual specificity, finding representative templates in actual applications often challenging. This paper proposes a spike detection using functional brain networks based phase locking value (FBN-PLV) deep learning. To...
This study established a postpolymerization modification method for the preparation of functional polyacetylenes based on dynamic imine chemistry.
Agricultural non-point source (ANPS) pollution has emerged as a significant factor influencing water quality within watersheds. Understanding the spatial distribution and composition of ANPS is crucial for effective river management. Based on statistical data 28 districts counties in Tuojiang River Basin (TJRB), load characteristics total nitrogen (TN) phosphorus (TP) from were studied this work by using pollutant discharge coefficient method. In 2018, contributed 60,888.92 tons TN 20,085.98...
Modification of a precursor polyacetylene with various amines and alcohols through amide transformation gives access to series functional polymers showing nonlinear optical, luminescence, enhanced surface energy, redox active properties.
Along with rapid economic development in China, the energy consumption and pollutants emission are increasing rapidly. It has caused great pressure to resource environment. How improve productivity a more cost-effective manner reduce atmospheric is big problem at present. Based on Chinese between 1990 2007, ¿eleventh five-year¿ saving reduction targets, we discuss relationship emission, accessibility of targets. The China analyzed by setting up IPAT model. results show that extensive model...
We present MOSAIC, a modular architecture for home robots to perform complex collaborative tasks, such as cooking with everyday users. MOSAIC tightly collaborates humans, interacts users using natural language, coordinates multiple robots, and manages an open vocabulary of objects. At its core, employs modularity: it leverages large-scale pre-trained models general tasks like language image recognition, while streamlined modules designed task-specific control. extensively evaluate on 60...
Advances in the field of vision-language contrastive learning have made it possible for many downstream applications to be carried out efficiently and accurately by simply taking dot product between image text representations. One most representative approaches proposed recently known as CLIP has garnered widespread adoption due its effectiveness. is trained with an InfoNCE loss that takes into account both positive negative samples help learn a much more robust representation space. This...
This study is the first to investigate emission and environmental fate of one type modified methylsiloxane with double-bond (vinyl) groups. During 2018–2020, 2,4,6-trimethyl-2,4,6-trivinylcyclotrisiloxane (V3), 2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-2,4,6,8-tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane (V4), 2,4,6,8,10-pentavinyl-2,4,6,8,10-pentamethylcyclopentasiloxane (V5) were found in aqueous (<LOD-72.9 ng/L) solid [13.0–371 ng/g dw (dry weight)] phases wastewater samples from Chinese municipal treatment plant (WWTP) as...
