Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a benign inflammatory breast disease, commonly presented with sensitive lump and developing scars. Currently, there no definitive treatment for IGM but Antibiotics, steroids, immunosuppressive drugs or surgical treatments are the usual options.
