Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a benign inflammatory breast disease, commonly presented with sensitive lump and developing scars. Currently, there no definitive treatment for IGM but Antibiotics, steroids, immunosuppressive drugs or surgical treatments are the usual options. This case series aimed to evaluate effectiveness of cotrimoxazole in as clinical consensus on best most widely acknowledged therapeutic management IGM.
