This paper through the study of hydraulic cylinder test system, for low-automation, and inconvenient old Hydraulic Cylinder Test bed, designed a set bed system based on servo control.In industrial computer as upper machine, Siemens PLC lower touch screen auxiliary equipment.The proportional relief valve, electro-hydraulic valve sensor is applied to used maturity PID control algorithm.The high precision, degree automation meet production requirements.
