For comprehensive research on the dynamics of U-tube natural circulation evaporator in plant, modular and lumped parameters method is used to establish mathematical model steam generator. This paper focused on researching the pulverizing system of a 300MW oxy-fuel coal fired boiler, which took dehydrated recirculation flue gas as drying medium. With the conceptual design 300MW oxy-combustion of pulverized coal boiler for study, according to its working principle, we divide whole into several subsystems, and complete dynamic static simulation model based on IMMS platform. The results show that, established is stable, trend characteristics reasonable, error within permissible range, which provides a reference as whole.
It presents the compressor gas-cooler of a 300 MW Oxy-fuel pulverized coal fired boiler and established simulation model cooler by mechanism analysis method. On platform, heat transfer performance dehydration properties are studied on different pressure conditions. The simulated experiments show that when flue gas inlet is greater than design pressure, with increase exchange will declines; water separation amount increases initially then decreases subsequently.
Based on a 300MW Oxy-fuel pulverized coal boiler,this paper established dynamic mathematical model of air separation system distillation column, and compiled simulation procedure with the Fortran language platform IMMS. With column as object research, it carried disturbance experiment about outlet flow purifier extractable volume liquid nitrogen in lower tower. The results demonstrate that when decreases, purity gas is reduced by 0.39%, oxygen 1.5%;when constant increased 0.2%, 0.06%.
An experimental study on the desulfurization system by atomized ammonia injection was conducted in tail flue of a 300MW CFB boiler. The tests going under unit load ranges from 229.5MW to 267MW with concentration 5.2~9% and flow at 3.7~9.0 t/h, gas temperature 145~149°C, maximum final efficiency is 55.6%, average removal 21% ~ 26%. also has an activation function CaO fly ash, which counts 15.7% 29.8% total amount ash.
