A pentagon-shaped ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna with a high selective notch at the wireless local area network (WLAN) band is presented. An inverted L-shaped stub incorporated metallic patch fabricated on an FR4 substrate. Also, partial ground plane slot has been used to achieve UWB operation. Two structures are embedded into realize rectangular notch. An electromagnetic gap (EBG) structure placed opposite side of patch, and complementary split ring resonator (RCSRR) in patch. With coupling two...
This research proposes a staircase patch antenna design for Ultra-wideband (UWB) applications. The given is designed in HFSS 15.0. partial ground plane technique employed along with two slots of rectangular shape. Also, groove cut inside the to improve impedance matching 50-ohm microstrip feedline. A slot also made whose will act parallel and whole structure proposed FR4 epoxy substrate 22×26.5×1.6 mm <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
In this paper, an ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna with partial ground plane has been designed on FR4 substrate. This UWB is analyzed Ansys HFSS software and it operates in the frequency range much more beyond of 3.1 Gigahertz to 10.6 reflection factor ≤ -10 dB magnitude VSWR < 2. The having size 35x24x0.8 mm3 exhibits good directional radiation characteristics over entire impedance bandwidth excellent value gain. found be suitable for various high-speed wireless applications.
An elliptical monopole planar antenna for ultra-wideband (UWB) with penta-band-notched characteristics is presented. The frequency band rejection at 3.7 GHz to 4.2 C-band satellite communication and 5.15 5.35 lower wireless local area network (WLAN) achieved by etching two split ring resonators (ESRRs) in the radiating patch.Dual notches INSAT (4.5 GHz-4.7 GHz) upper WLAN (5.725 GHz-5.825GHz) are created special type of metamaterial, i.e., a via double slot EBG structure. Then, ITU (7.95...
A printed ultrawideband (UWB) monopole antenna with triple‐rectangular band rejection characteristics at WiMAX, WLAN, and satellite is presented in this paper. The frequency selectivity of each improved by employing the mutual coupling two spiral‐shaped electromagnetic band‐gap (EBG) structures. proposed design consists modified rectangular patch a compact size 23.5 × 23 mm 2 having partial ground plane three pairs spiral EBGs. To mitigate interference from WiMAX band, one pair coupled...
