High-spin states of $^{123}\mathrm{Ba}$ have been studied via the $^{108}\mathrm{Cd}(^{19}\mathrm{F},3np)^{123}\mathrm{Ba}$ fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy 90 MeV. The collective structures of 75Ge have been studied for the first time via 74Ge(α,2p1n)75Ge fusion-evaporation reaction. Two negative-parity bands and one tentative positive-parity band built on νp1/2,νf5/2, νg9/2 states, respectively, are established compared with in neighboring N=43 isotones.
