High-spin states of $^{123}\mathrm{Ba}$ have been studied via the $^{108}\mathrm{Cd}(^{19}\mathrm{F},3np)^{123}\mathrm{Ba}$ fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy 90 MeV.
