Using data samples collected by the \mbox{BESIII} detector located at Beijing Electron Positron Collider, cross sections of process $e^+e^-\to f_{1}(1285)\pi^+\pi^-$ are measured forty-five center-of-mass energies from $3.808$ to $4.951 {\rm GeV}$. The radiative hyperon decay Λ→nγ is studied using (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII. absolute branching fraction of determined to be (0.832±0.038_{stat}±0.054_{syst})×10^{-3}, which a factor 2.1 lower and 5.6 standard deviations different than previous measurement. By analyzing joint angular distribution products, first determination asymmetry α_{γ} reported value -0.16±0.10_{stat}±0.05_{syst}.
