Using data samples collected by the \mbox{BESIII} detector located at Beijing Electron Positron Collider, cross sections of process $e^+e^-\to f_{1}(1285)\pi^+\pi^-$ are measured forty-five center-of-mass energies from $3.808$ to $4.951 {\rm GeV}$.
