The cross section of the process $e^+e^-\to \pi^+D^0D^{*-}$ for center-of-mass energies from 4.05 to 4.60~GeV is measured precisely using data samples collected with BESIII detector operating at BEPCII storage ring. Based on a sample of 225.3 million J/ψ events accumulated with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, decays η′→π+π−l+l− are studied via J/ψ→γη′. Using a data sample of $2.25\times10^{8}$ $J/ψ$ events collected with the BESIII detector, we present first observation decays $η_{c}$ mesons to $Σ^{+}\barΣ^{-}$ and $Ξ^{-}\barΞ^{+}$. Using $(10087\pm44)\times10^{6}$ $J/ψ$ events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII $e^+e^-$ storage ring center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=3.097~\rm{GeV}$, we present a search for rare semi-muonic charmonium decay $J/ψ\to D^{-}μ^{+}ν_μ+c.c.$. Since no significant signal is observed, set an upper limit branching fraction to be $\mathcal{B}(J/ψ\to D^{-}μ^{+}ν_μ+c.c.)&lt;5.6\times10^{-7}$ $90\%$ confidence level.
