The use of tantalum as a highly effective dopant for hematite photoelectrochemistry (PEC) has shown contradictory results in previous reports. We show here through screening different compositions by scanning electrochemical microscopy that Ta doping significantly improves the PEC performance dropcast films on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO). In studies with larger electrodes, 2% Ta-doped photoanode fabricated at 500 °C shows highest improvement photoactivity, which is ∼32 times higher than...

In this article, we consider change point inference for high dimensional linear models. For detection, given any subgroup of variables, propose a new method testing the homogeneity corresponding regression coefficients across observations.Under some regularity conditions, proposed procedure controls type I error asymptotically and is powerful against sparse alternatives enjoys certain optimality. For identification, an "argmax" based estimator which shown to be consistent true...
