In our study we present two cases that have been diagnosed as stage I endometrial carcinoma where a Levonorgestrel intrauterine releasing system (LNG-IUS) referred to Mirena was used primary treatment because the standard surgical deemed carry an unacceptable risk of death. Histopathology report after therapy showed complete regression cancer.
