對過去三十年營銷策略研究的回顧表明，由於營銷策略的標準多屬性決策 (MADM) 模型不可用，因此缺乏對企業營銷策略的一致評估。 本研究借鑒 SIVA 營銷組合和馬斯洛的需求層次，首先通過概念化生成潛在屬性分類參考，並基於通過名義小組技術 (NGT) 獲得的數據與 7 位專家建立了經過驗證的分類矩陣。 得到的分類矩陣的可靠性為 0.95，包含 4 個維度和 20 個屬性，然後用於開發營銷策略的 MADM 模型——“SIVA-Need”——旨在深入探究客戶的想法。 基於SIVA-Need模型， 這項研究設計了一份問卷，該問卷是針對 Apple 產品的重度用戶進行的。 共收回有效問卷326份。 通過一致模糊語言偏好關係 (CFLPR) 獲得的權重分析表明，“品牌社區價值”是關鍵屬性，因為它在 個屬性中排名最高 (0.0631)。 然而，“品牌社區價值”的表現差距最大（1.50），而“產品效益”的表現最好（0.235）。 SIVA-Need 模型的 個屬性可以為未來的研究提供更多有價值的信息，並為企業進行廣泛的營銷策略選擇提供一致的評估模型。
