The crystalline volume fraction Vcry, saturation magnetostriction λs, effective magnetic anisotropy 〈K〉, and temperature dependence of initial permeability (μi-T curves) for nonmagnetic annealed (Fe1−xCox)78.4Si9B9Nb2.6Cu1 (x = 0.35, 0.5, 0.65, 1) alloys were investigated. results showed that the annealing can enhance Vcry significantly reduce λs. This paper presents a 3G wireless video surveillance system solution. The has four cameras collecting real-time information compressed by MPEG-4 inside and outside one bus, then the will be sent to monitor center through network. corrects data with LDPC codes, uses LDAP managing bus in terminal. Experiment shows that monitoring side can get CIF format signal at rate of 9 frames per second, under Gaussian noise, average PSNR value corrected increases almost 10dB.
