본 연구는 한국의 시민사회 영역에서 자발적 결사체가 사회적 자본을 형성하기 위해 어떠한 기법과 전략을 수행하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 함에서 출발한다. 이를 토크빌에서부터 이뤄진 결사체와 자본의 관계성에 대한 문헌연 구를 중심으로 ‘자발적 상호작용 모델’을 도출하고, 활용해 부산 지역 NGO들의 연대체인 ‘2018 지방선거 100대 시민정책 프로젝트 추진위원회’의 활동과정을 분석하였다. 지방선거는 내부적으로는 아래로부터의 시민의견을 수렴해 정치적 의제로 정제화하고, 외부적으로는 공론장으로 전달 및 공유하는 단위 결사체의 역할 기능을 분석하기에 가장 적합한 조건이라 할 수 있다. 분석은 자본이 형성되는 단계인 구조적-관계적-인지적 차원에서 결사 체의 기능인 권위 형성-여론 형성-정치적 대리권 형성이 수행되는 과정을 살펴보는 과정으로 진행됐다. 분석의 방법론은 사회연결망 분석 프로그램을 네트워크 중심성, 매개 그리고 의미연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 결과, 추진위원회’는 구조적...
