Novel in situ reinforcement of Al4C3 nanorod is synthesized by template reaction carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with Al matrix via powder metallurgy. In Al4C3/Al composites show greatly enhanced mechanical properties, such as tensile properties and Young's modulus, compared materials.
Interleukin 2 (IL)‐2 induces antitumor immunity and clinical responses in melanoma renal cell carcinoma. However, IL‐2 also increases the number of CD4 + CD25 regulatory T (Treg) cells that suppress immune responses. The aim present study was to elucidate effect depletion Treg on IL‐2‐induced immunity. IL‐2‐transfected mouse colon adenocarcinoma (MC38/IL‐2) were implanted subcutaneously or intrahepatically into male C57BL/6 mice, tumor growth proportion tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes with...
In recent years, laparoscopic surgery has been widely used for rectal cancer. surgery, a double-stapling technique (DST) anastomosis using stapling device is considered relatively difficult procedure. Postoperative anastomotic leakage (AL) major complication related to patients' quality of life and prognosis. This study was retrospective, single-institution 101 cancer patients who underwent low anterior resection (LAR) with DST (excluding simultaneous other organs construction protective...
