Aims Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) has emerged as a new tool in assessing portal hypertension (PH). EUS pressure gradient (EUS-PPG) was described few studies using compact manometer, but the use of transducer connected to measurement monitor previously very small number patients. The comparative assessment measured by and tranjugular route not been done before. Our study aimed compare values EUS-PPG transjugular measurements (hepatic vein – HVPG, PPG) patients with hypertension.
