This case report presents a traumatic intra-articular patellar dislocation – associated intercondylar fracture of the distal femur and consequent arthroscope assisted reduction percutaneous screw fixation. To best our knowledge, this is first in which operative fixation fragment has been demonstrated. Our patient was 55-year-old female who treated by aforementioned method concluded with excellent results.
