Nonunion of medial femoral condylar coronal fractures are uncommon. In neglected Hoffa despite nonunion, there is a risk missing accompanying ligamentous and intra-articular injuries. Neither preoperative clinical examination nor magnetic resonance imaging showed these injuries before arthroscopy.
