Job stress, perceived social support, and job satisfaction are important predictors of burnout. However, few studies have explored the mechanism stress on different dimensions burnout through support among bank employees. In this study, a total 1464 Chinese employees completed Stress Assessment Scale, Perceived Social Support Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. The results showed that was positively associated with but negatively satisfaction....

Recently, the Mixture of Expert (MoE) architecture, such as LR-MoE, is often used to alleviate impact language confusion on multilingual ASR (MASR) task. However, it still faces issues, especially in mismatched domain scenarios. In this paper, we decouple LR-MoE into self-attention and router. To self-attention, based propose apply attention-MoE architecture for MASR. our new MoE utilized not only feed-forward network (FFN) but also self-attention. addition, improve robustness LID-based...

To investigate the biocompatibility of polyaniline nanomaterials as drug carrier, nanospheres with high-molecular weight (Mw ~48,000) and nanofibers low-molecular ~4000) were prepared cytotoxicity, acute oral toxicity test, histopathology examination performed. Cytotoxicity test showed that both quite toxic to BV2 microglia cells at higher concentration former more than latter. No clear sign was found after administration. However, section demonstrated slight liver damage present when...

Introduction Exercise is pivotal for maintaining physical health in contemporary society. However, improper postures and movements during exercise can result sports injuries, underscoring the significance of skeletal motion analysis. This research aims to leverage advanced technologies such as Transformer, Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Generative Adversarial (GANs) optimize training mitigate risk injuries. Methods The study begins by employing a Transformer network model sequences,...

ABSTRACT Seepage‐induced backward erosion is a complex and significant issue in geotechnical engineering that threatens the stability of infrastructure. Numerical prediction full development erosion, pipe formation induced failure remains challenging. For first time, this study addresses by modifying recently developed five‐phase smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) framework. Full was subsequently analysed rigid flume test field‐scale erosion‐induced levee test. The seepage analysis...

Reversible regulation of ferroelectric polarization possesses great potentials recently in bionic neural networks. Photoinduced cis-trans isomers have changeable dipole moments, but they cannot be directed to some specific orientation. Here, we construct a host-guest composite structure which consists porous metal (Ni)-organic framework [Ni(DPA)2] as host and photoisomer, azobenzene (AZB), guest molecules. When AZB molecules are embedded the nanopores Ni(DPA)2 form single molecule, strength...

The van der Waals Fe5–xGeTe2 is a 3d ferromagnetic metal with high Curie temperature of 275 K. We report herein the observation an exceptional weak antilocalization (WAL) effect that can persist up to 120 K in nanoflake, indicating dual nature both itinerant and localized magnetism electrons. WAL behavior characterized by magnetoconductance peak around zero magnetic field supported calculated nondispersive flat band Fermi level. dip crossover starting 60 visible, which could be ascribed...
