The mainly consists laser light source and detector, spectrometer, multi-stage amplification circuits, analog-to-digital conversion power module. Dual-signal-wave optical parametric oscillators (DSW OPOs) around 1.5 mum by using two periodically poled crystals was demonstrated experimentally. The widely tunable wavelength interval from 2.5 nm to 69.1 obtained. It can be used for generation of terahertz (THz) waves 0.3-8.9 THz different frequency generation. With the incident pump power 3 W at 50 kHz, DSW OPO generated 169.6 mW maximum average dual signal 1489.2 and 1558.3 nm.
