Abstract This manuscript reports on the physicochemical properties of SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs) prepared using conventional sol-gel technique and showcases effect calcination temperature crystal structure, size, gas-sensing properties. Rietveld refinement diffraction profiles NPs calcined at 400 °C [SnO2@400] 600 [SnO2@600] showed that both samples possess tetragonal phase having space group P4_(/2) mnm. FESEM microimages SnO2@400 SnO2@600 were subjected to morphological analysis an image...

<title>Abstract</title> In the present report, titanium oxide (TiO2) nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized using green route utilizing Ocimum basilicum leaf extract (OBLE). X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies revealed that TiO2 NCs exhibit tetragonal crystal configuration with anatase-type symmetry \(I{4}_{1/}amd\) space group. The phenolic groups (–OH) in OBLE detected as bend appeared at 3420 cm− 1 infrared spectrum. characteristic hump...

In this work, pristine and doped Zinc Sulphide (ZnS) nanoparticles have been synthesized via chemical co-precipitation method. ZnS with Aluminium (Al) Yttrium (Y) doping concentration of 5wt% each. The structural optical properties the as prepared studied using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) technique Photoluminescence spectroscopy. Average grain size 2-3nm is observed through XRD analysis. Effect on stress, strain lattice constant has also analyzed. spectra enhanced due to Al quenched Y doping....
