The emergence and rapid spread of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) raise a critical need for alternative therapeutic options. New antibacterial drugs targets are required to combat MRSA-associated infections. Based on this study, celastrol, natural product from the roots Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f., effectively combats MRSA in vitro vivo. Multi-omics analysis suggests that molecular mechanism action celastrol may be related Δ
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary dihydroartemisinin on growth performance, meat quality, and antioxidant capacity broiler chickens. Four-hundred one-day-old Arbor Acres male broilers were randomly assigned five treatment groups with eight replicates ten birds each. All fed a basal diet containing 0, 5, 10, 20 or 40 mg/kg dihydroartemisinin. The results showed that at 10 quadratically increased ADG, ADFI during days 1-21 period. Compared control group, decreased drip...
Aims: To investigate the effect of Chinese herb Danshen-Dahuang on learning and memory ability in rats with Alzheimer disease (AD) induced by D-galactose AlCl 3 its possible mechanisms. Methods: The AD model was produced injecting intraperitoneally for 90 days. Since 20th day intraperitoneal injection, group had been treated extraction intragastric administration 70 Subsequently, learning mice evaluated Morris water maze hippocampal gene expression APP, PS1 tested reverse transcription...
