A cyanide bridged {4d-3d} heterobimetallic assembly of MoV-FeII with formula {[MoV(CN)8][FeII(v-im)4]2·BF4}n 2DMF·H2O (1·2DMF·H2O) was achieved by the self-assembly [Mo(CN)8]3− and iron(II) monodentate nitrogen donor ligand v-im (v-im = 1-Vinylimidazol). The complex fully characterized single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, spectroscopic (photo)magnetic studies. Single crystal analyses revealed that exhibits a three-dimensional (3D) hexagonal network structure molybdenum(V) centers...

A new scheme for increasing handover success rate in mobile cellular systems is presented. The involves exchange of channels between two mobiles which are moving opposite directions across the area adjacent cells. Performance evaluation comparison with conventional no-channel-exchange carried out by computer simulation call traffic different two-cell models.

A new scheme for minimising handover failure probability in mobile cellular communication systems, by exchanging channels between two mobiles moving opposite directions across the area of adjacent cells, is presented. The performance evaluation carried out computer simulation a cell model.
