The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects intraradicular moisture conditions and canal morphologies on filling quality iRoot SP with single-cone technique in root canals. Eighty-four human single-rooted premolars canals were pair-matched similar volumes, aspect ratio (AR) curve shapes, 3D models after micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) scanning establish baseline consistency. Root then prepared assigned 4 experimental groups respect condition tested: (1) Paper point normal...

This study aimed to identify a viable solution for the development of China’s electric power industry in line with “dual carbon” objectives. Accordingly, we collected and analyzed 2230 policy documents spanning 25 years track Chinese government’s focus on sector over time using latent Dirichlet allocation topic modeling. Our results reveal that area emphasis differs across different stages development. By analyzing evolution implementation, identified actions taken by government agencies at...

In order to investigate ecotoxicity effect of 2,4-dinitrotoluene (2,4-DNT) freshwater fish(Brocarded carp), the acute toxicity test and sub-lethal expriment were conducted in lab. The show that 96h LC50 value 2,4-DNT Brocarded carp is 19.67 mg/L. Its rating moderately toxic fish. Based on result test, fish was exposed different concentrations (1/2LC50, 1/4LC50, 1/16LC50, 1/256LC50, surface water standard concentration) killed at 3, 7, 10 14 day after exposure. activities Superoxide Dismutase...

Methanogens play an important role in the anaerobic digestion and production of methane, show significant influence on performance wastewater treatment process. Then methanogens granular sludge samples from full-scale UASB bioreactors treating avermectin or starch were detected by FISH using 16S rRNA gene-based probe functional probes. The results showed that hybridization simultaneous with mcrA probes was high coincident coincidence degree about 60%-80%, implying preferable consistency...
