Diagnostic errors contribute to patient harm, though few data exist describe their prevalence or underlying causes among medical inpatients.
Objectives Tranexamic Acid (TXA) is a well studied clot stabilizer that may have benefit when used intravesically prior to continuous bladder irrigation (CBI).
