This paper presents a detailed study of photoluminescence doped indium antimonide crystals. We have conducted n-type crystals in wide range concentrations 1*1015 cm-3-1.5*1019 cm-3 at temperature 77 K. In this paper, we for the first time obtained spectra with n > 5*1017 and experimentally discovered that spectrum ≥ 8.5*1016 consists two lines, maxima which shift towards higher energies increasing concentration. It has been established shortwave line crystals’ radiation is caused by...

One of the decisive factors in reducing intensity energy consumption is use energy-saving technologies construction. The overall strategy for development efficient buildings starts with search ways and means to reduce energy-requirements - optimal natural resources. trend new millennium decentralization power production. Accordingly, each building regarded as an autonomous plant. Limitations using this source renewable (RES), urban development, such wind power, are associated primarily noise...

In this paper, we consider the deformation of multilayer bars in torsion and tension. Thus, analyzed strength calculations rod having a rectangular cross section composite material. Namely, choice structure material, satisfy specifications terms stress-strain state torsion-bending coherence taking into account features materials. On example with layered core, being under influence centrifugal forces shows effect shifts between layers on redistribution normal shear stresses layers. Depending...
