Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a typical 3D printing technology and preparation of qualified filaments the basis. In order to prepare polylactic acid (PLA) suitable for personalized FDM printing, this article investigated effect factors such as extrusion temperature screw speed on diameter, surface roughness ultimate tensile stress obtained PLA filaments. The optimal process parameters fabrication were determined. Further, printable performance objects was preliminarily explored.
