An advanced process for the manufacturing of aerogel-lined capillaries is presented; these are applicable as liquid-core waveguides gaining Raman signal aqueous samples. With respect to spin-coating we have used so far capillaries, here-presented it enables (i) lining longer (ii) adjustment lining-thickness via velocity, and (iii) reproducible generation crack-free linings.
