Ba1-xSrx(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (BSZN) perovskite ceramics are prepared using the traditional solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze phase composition, crystal structure, chemical states of BSZN ceramics, respectively. In addition, dielectric polarizability, octahedral distortion, complex bond theory, PVL theory investigated in detail. Systematic research showed that Sr2+...

Abstract The (1- x )Ba(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 − BaWO 4 (0 ≤ 0.25) ceramics were manufactured by the conventional solid-phase reaction process, and effects of addition on phase composition, crystal structures, microstructure, microwave dielectric properties investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy photoelectron implemented to explore structure chemical states samples, respectively. According XRD analysis, main samples was assigned as Ba(Zn (BZN), while secondary phases contained...
