This study aimed to improve Ti-porcelain bonding strength through SiO2 modifications. Wax patterns were coated with mixed tetraethoxy silane (group C), without coating used as controls and subdivided into sandblasting group S) polishing P). Castingsurfaces analyzed XRD, while Ti-ceramic interfaces characterized using SEM/EDS. Metal-ceramic specimens tested in three point bending, characterizations also SEM/EDS of porcelain debonding surfaces. In C, Ti5Si3 phases observed; SEM micrograph...
Films deposited at high temperature are subjected to thermal stresses in cooling down, duc the mismatch of expansion between substrate and film materials, which tends peel off from substrate. The purpose present work is search effect thickness, Young's modulus films on delamination films. results helpful reducing possibility peeling
Electric field modeling of nodular defects is performed to investigate the interaction between defective multilayer coatings and Gaussian profile laser beam. Light intensity significantly enhanced as large 6 times within defects. Different geometries irradiated by beams at 0 40 deg incident angles are analyzed. Nodules with but shallow seeds, or irradiation p-polarized beam, tends produce greatest enhancement effect.
With the implementation of concept low-carbon, energy saving and sustainable development in field construction, it is particularly important to reduce carbon emission consumption traditional concrete. The purpose this paper investigate effects silica powder, slag fly ash on compressive strength recycled concrete by orthogonal test, analyze low effect mixed mass replacement rate powder (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%), 15%) was used test 16 groups reclaimed specimens with a ratio coarse aggregate natural...
