We report phosphorus (P)-doped activated carbon (AC) as a highly active catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in air-cathode microbial fuel cells (MFCs).
A fabricated borophene–MoS<sub>2</sub> heterostructured sensor shows ultrahigh sensitivity, fast response, long life, good flexibility and high selectivity, which exhibits potential applications in human breath diagnosis non-contact switch sensing systems.
