Hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX), a typical representative of energetic materials, is widely applied in military and industrial fields with its high energy density excellent detonation performances. However, when used as raw material for propellants rocket propellants, RDX poses certain safety concerns due to sensitivity external stimuli such electrostatic discharge, impact, friction, which limits further application. Herein, reduce the spark mechanical sensitivities improve...

Context Analysing freeze-thaw erosion is of great significance to ecological environment protection and land resource utilisation in high altitude areas. Aims We used seven indicators (temperature, precipitation, vegetation cover, elevation, slope, slope orientation, sand content) calculate the intensity index for different seasons from 2000 2019. Methods a graded weighted evaluation model geographical detector method analyse spatiotemporal pattern driving factors Qiangtang grasslands. Key...

Iron-filled nanotubules were synthesized in a carbon arc the presence of He and Fe(CO)5 gases. The consumption inside chamber was controlled by pressure pentacarbonyliron gas. Different shapes filling extents found depending on concentration supplied. Based high-resolution transmission electron microscope images, we propose growth model iron-filled nanotubules. proceeds through deposition surface diffusion liquidlike metal. hollow tubules probably grow spontaneously.
