In OFDM-based cognitive radio systems, the interference power limits of primary users (PUs) introduce subchannel transmit constraints for secondary user (SU). The allocation among subcarriers SU should be subject to both sum constraint as well each subchannel. Different from previous works, we deal with a more general case where subcarrier sidelobes are specially considered. A algorithm is proposed obtain optimal solution that maximizes capacity while satisfying and constraints.

Mouse zygotes are widely used in developmental biology and transgenic animal research. Two-photon laser scanning microscopy is particularly useful four-dimensional observation of big thick biological samples, such as mouse embryo. The early embryo development from zygote to 8-cell stage compaction was observed real-time by stages using two-photon this paper. During our experiment, several parameters were optimized different stages. initial cleavages embryo, the 2-cell, 2-cell 4-cell, 4-cell...

Summary This paper made a different attempt of real‐time observation the meiotic spindle movements in living mouse oocyte using convenient method. method was based on an experimental phenomenon discovered our work. In oocytes, high concentration calcium ions (Ca 2+ ) observed throughout region occupied by initial spindle. After Ca labelling with Fura‐2, weakly fluorescent area (WFA) appeared each side chromosomes. The activities WFAs changed during development. By tracking WFAs, we were able...

Aero-engine is a typical multidisciplinary complex system, simulation an important method of design and development (R&D). The iterative in the digital space. It can expose problems advance reduce test greatly. In traditional R&D process, due to insufficient understanding physical mechanism, analysis systems solved separately different disciplinary decoupling way. With further constraints index iteration time, it difficult for single discipline/single component fully cover real working...

The fracture is an important failure behavior of cancellous bone. Three-point-bending experiment was used to study Three group specimens were taken from two human femoral head and there a non-angled crack angled in every respectively. By using Digital Speckle Correlation Method (DSCM), the displacement strain field obtained at crack-tip full specimen. initial path always maximal location could be predicted by DSCM. In macro-scope, propagation paths towards load tip, are independent angle.
