Public health nurses (PHNs) are vital in the local implementation of provisions Universal Healthcare (UHC) Act 2019. However, they need adequate competencies systems approach to successfully implement law. In response this, a leadership development course for public (LDC-PHN), anchored on building blocks systems, was developed and implemented. This paper aims describe extent which training participants have applied acquired from LDC-PHN as manifested by workplace application their capstone projects.
