Abstract Here the influence of annealing on operational efficiency all‐polymer solar cells based blends polymers poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and poly((9,9‐dioctylfluorene)‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐[4,7‐bis(3‐hexylthiophen‐5‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole]‐2′,2″‐diyl) (F8TBT) is investigated. Annealing completed devices found to result in an increase power conversion from 0.14 1.20%, while films prior top electrode deposition increases device only 0.19% due a lowering open‐circuit voltage short‐circuit...

The authors report efficient photovoltaic diodes which use poly((9,9-dioctylfluorene)-2,7-diyl-alt-[4,7-bis(3-hexylthien-5-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole]-2′,2″-diyl) (F8TBT) both as electron acceptor, in blends with poly(3-hexylthiophene), and hole (6,6)-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester. In cases external quantum efficiencies of over 25% are achieved, a power conversion efficiency 1.8% under simulated sunlight for optimized F8TBT/poly(3-hexylthiophene) devices. ambipolar nature F8TBT is...

The proton and deuteron structure functions F2p F2d are measured in inelastic muon scattering with an average beam energy of 470 GeV. data were taken at Fermilab experiment E665 during 1991 1992 using liquid hydrogen deuterium targets. F2 measurements reported the range 0.0008<x<0.6 0.2<Q2<75 GeV2. These first precise low x Q2 data. In high where they overlap from NMC, two agreement. also DESY HERA data, there is a smooth connection between sets. At consistent QCD-evolved leading twist...

We report the first evidence of charmless semileptonic decays B mesons. In momentum interval 2.4–2.6 GeV/c where background from b→clν is negligible, average measured b→ueν and b→uμν partial branching ratios ΔBub(2.4,2.6) =(1.8±0.4±0.3)×10−4. Inclusion data 2.2–2.4 GeV/c, lepton yield dominated by b→clν, gives ΔBub(2.2,2.6) =(3.3±0.8±0.8)×10−4. ‖Vub/Vcb‖ depends on theoretical model b→ulν decay approximately 0.1.Received 8 November 1989DOI:https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.64.16©1990...
