Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between dietary practices and household food insecurity (HFI) status among high-risk children during COVID-19 pandemic. This cross-sectional conducted with 147 aged 1 9 attending at three reference health centers in city Rio de Janeiro. Diet quality data assessed using Healthy Eating Indices.
