Structural properties of calcined ${\mathrm{ZrO}}_{2}$ nanopowders having various sizes were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. For grain the order a few nanometers spectrum is typical an amorphous material as corresponding diffractogram.
