In the mid-21st century, natural gas will enter its golden age, and era of is arriving. This paper reviews development stages global industry enlightenment American shale revolution, summarizes history achievements in China, analyzes status challenges green low-carbon energy transition, puts forward strategies under carbon neutral target China. The China has experienced three periods: start, growth, leap forward. At present, become fourth largest producer third consumer world, made great...

Abstract The method of iterative weighted least squares can be used to estimate the parameters in a nonlinear regression model. If dependent variables are observations from member regular exponential family, then under mild conditions it is shown that IWLS estimates identical those obtained using maximum likelihood principle. An application provided illustrate results.

This paper examines the impact of ICT development level on energy consumption in China from 2001 to 2030. The is measured by Information and Communication Technology Maturity Level Index (IMLI), which consists three dimensions: Access, Use Skill. Energy divided into four categories: data centers, communications networks, consumer devices Internet Things. In this research, we provide a detailed description evolution IMLI consumption, explore influence perspective multi-stage development....

A key strategy for lowering emissions and reducing the effects of climate change is to execute energy-saving retrofits in residential buildings. Despite extensive research on different retrofit pathways building energy efficiency, current retrofitting aged housing stock China still constrained by several factors, including occupant willingness, government financial situation, low prices, so projects are almost entirely government-led most solutions existing studies not applicable. Therefore,...
