We present an updated catalog of sources detected by the Mikhail Pavlinsky ART-XC telescope aboard Spektrum-Roentgen-Gamma (SRG) observatory during its all-sky survey. It is based on data first four and partially completed fifth scans sky (ARTSS1-5). The comprises 1545 in 4–12 keV energy band. achieved sensitivity ranges between ~4 × 10 −12 erg s −1 cm −2 near ecliptic plane ~7 −13 poles, which a ~30–50% improvement over previous version two (ARTSS12). There are ~130 objects, excluding...

The Russian Space Research Institute (IKI) has developed CdTe detectors for the focal plane of ART-XC/SRG instrument. crystal dimensions about 30 × 1 mm. Top and bottom sides detector each contain 48 strips a guard ring. ASIC VA64TA1 is connected to by AC-coupling both DSSD sides. This approach allows one have same ground level electronic parts operate with different leakage currents without reconfiguration chips. One two ASICs are integrated thermal sensors Peltier cooler in big hybrid...

The Russian Space Research Institute (IKI) has developed seven flight models and three spare of the X-ray detectors for ART-XC/SRG telescope. Each detector situated in focal plane ART-XC optics includes CdTe die, front-end electronics, data processing, storage telemetry units. In performed a vibration, thermal cycling vacuum tests detectors. During this have been studied leakage current stability, polarization rate, spectroscopic imaging performance working temperature range. status...

ART-XC – a medium-x-ray-energy survey instrument of "Spectrum-Roentgen-Gamma" (SRG) project is being developed in Russia under the leadership Space Research Institute (IKI). Main requirements to telescope temperature control system are provided by two key elements module seven semiconductor DSSD CdTe detectors which have operate at −22.5±2.5 °C prevent crystals fast polarization (large time allows keep detector energy spectral characteristics during continuous 2 3 days expositions) and...
