Accurate measuring of mechanical displacement is essential for most technologies. Here, we introduce a novel chirped fiber Bragg grating (CFBG) sensor that enables ultra-sensitive measurement transverse by mapping it into the phase-shift distribution CFBG. The implemented introducing nonpermanent on CFBG with assistance MXene's excellent photothermal effect. can be used as marker scale, and high-resolution spectrometer observes markers so realized. results proof-of-concept experiments show...
37 μm × array of metamaterial-based microbolometers was designed and successfully fa-bricated by conventional MEMS technology. FTIR measurements reveal that the as-designed mi-crobolometers exhibit a high absorption ~31.5% at 3.93 THz. In contrast, no response can be detected from those without metamaterials. The experimental results have been confirmed simulations.
