A new algorithm for learning principal curves with definite mathematical representations is proposed based on combining the component analysis (PCA) and back-propagation (BP) network. The successfully turns an unsupervised problem into a supervised one by projecting data set to its first line identifying relation between points their corresponding projection indices BP This has been proved distinctly superior HS algorithm.
