Abstract TiO 2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin-coating (SGSC) and electron beam-physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) methods annealed at different temperatures ( T a ). X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) results show that the SGSC method transformed from anatase single phase to coexistence of rutile with increase . However, EB-PVD existed only in phase, crystalline strength was enhanced Meanwhile, particles targets showed for target method. The indicate hinders nucleation growth...
