In this study, the effects of dandelion polysaccharide (DP) and its carboxymethylated derivative (CMDP) on emulsifying characteristics antioxidant capacities emulsions stabilized by whey protein isolate (WPI) were determined. This paper studied the Fuzzy-PID control strategy for AC arc furnace electrode regulator system. Based on classical PID control, this used basic theories and methods of Fuzzy Mathematics to adjust parameters, realized strategy, applied it in system then made simulation.
