This study delves into the alterations in resonant frequencies due to bending flexible sensor applications. We examined of four LC circuits subjected various conditions and assessed performance temperature sensors under different states. Yttrium calcium oxoborate (YCOB) and Nd:YCOB crystals of high optical quality large dimension have been grown by the Czochralski method. Measurements refractive indices confirmed that these were negative biaxial. The absorption spectra determined various spectrum parameters calculated. Polarized revealed strong anisotropic character Nd:YCOB. Raman indicate nonlinearity crystal is mainly attributed to planar BO3 triangles in structure rather than a distortion oxygen octahedra.
