The genus Rosa (Rosaceae) contains approximately 200 species, most of which have high ecological and economic values. Chloroplast genome sequences are important for studying species differentiation, phylogeny, RNA editing. In this study, the chloroplast genomes three hybrida, acicularis, rubiginosa, were assembled compared with other reported genomes. To investigate editing sites in R. hybrida (commercial rose cultivar), we mapped RNA-sequencing data to analyzed their post-transcriptional...
The photocatalytic hydrogenation of CO 2 by Cu-deposited ZnO (Cu/ZnO) polar surfaces is investigated through density functional theory (DFT) calculations combined with experimental work.
Density functional theory was used to investigate the effect of χ3-borophene-based single atom catalysts for CO oxidation. Eley-Rideal (ER) and Langmuir-Hinshelwood (LH) mechanisms were investigated explore catalytic oxidation activity molecules in presence catalysts. Our calculations indicate that [email protected]χ3 have good effects with energy barriers 0.64 eV 0.62 eV, respectively. 3d transition metal-doped χ3-borophene
