The structural, optical, and magnetic properties of Cu-implanted GaN films have been investigated. INTRODUCTIONAbsent pulmonary valve syndrome (APVS) with an intact ventricular septum (IVS) or small is a rare type of APVS associated high perinatal mortality in fetuses.
