症例は72歳,女性. Wegener肉芽腫症の経過中に発熱と前額部痛が出現し,髄液検査並びにガドリニウム(Gd)造影MRI検査にて肥厚性硬膜炎と診断された.ステロイド療法により自覚症状は消失し,画像所見上も著明な改善を認めた.中枢神経症状を呈するWegener肉芽腫症の診断および治療上,示唆に富む症例であるので報告した.
