A microemulsion technique was employed to synthesize nano-sized photocatalysts with a core (CdS)/shell (ZnS) structure. The primary particles of the were around 10 nm, and mean size catalyst clusters in water about 100 nm. band gaps catalysts ranged from 2.25 2.46 eV. experiments photocatalytic H(2) generation showed that (CdS)(x)/(ZnS)(1-x) x ranging 0.1 1 able produce hydrogen photolysis under visible light. x=0.9 had highest rate production. loading density also influenced photo-hydrogen...
Abstract Antibiotics cause negative impacts on the ecosystem and people‘s health, it is imperative to reduce antibiotic residuum in a green sustainable way. There has been broad application of photocatalytic technology sewage treatment field. Compared with metal oxides, graphite carbon nitride, as an n‐type non‐metallic semiconducting polymer, applicable energy gap, simple preparation easily accessible. Yet g‐C 3 N 4 tends have some crucial weaknesses like rapid charge carrier recombination,...
