ABSTRACT
In order to study the pathways of biosynthesis flavonoids in Sophora japonica, 113 797 unigenes were obtained by Trinity software, with an average length 803 bp, which 72 752 from database high-throughput sequencing, and a total 38 891 SSR loci searched. Through metabolic pathway analysis, we found that there 135 involved 959 unigene other secondary pathways. Further analysis genes rutin revealed 24 associated CHS, 52 FLS, 11 UFGT. The data S. japonica transcriptome lays foundation for studying provides theoretical basis formation quality japonica.
