[Identification of chemical components and network pharmacology of Huanglian Decoction based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology].

ABSTRACT
The chemical components of Huanglian Decoction were identified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) technology. gradient elution was conducted in Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C_(18) column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) with the mobile phase 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B) at a flow rate 0.3 mL·min~(-1) and column temperature 35 ℃. MS adopted positive negative ion mode electrospray ionization(ESI), data collected under scanning range m/z 100-1 500. Through high-resolution analysis, combined literature comparison confirmation reference substances, this paper 134 Decoction, including 12 alkaloids, 23 flavonoids, 22 terpenes saponins, phenols, 7 coumarins, amino acids, organic other compounds, medicinal sources compounds ascribed. Based on previous studies, selected as index components. Combined network pharmacology research analysis me-thods, protein interaction(PPI) information intersection targets obtained through STRING 11.0 database, 20 core efficacy screened out. In study, UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology successfully used to comprehensively analyze identify its discussed combination pharmacology, which laid foundation for clarifying material basis quality control Decoction.
