ABSTRACT
To explore the mutagenic effect of space environment on Pueraria montana and select elite germplasm with good growth conditions high isoflavone content, this study observed agronomic traits, determined flower labeled amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) fluorescent molecular markers 79 P. plants exposed to mutagenesis(SP1 group) 10 control montana(CK group). Excel 2019, SPSS 25.0, NTSYSpc-2.11F, Popgen 32 were employed analyze genetic diversity perform cluster analysis. The results showed that SP1 group presented changed leaf hairy attitude structure higher CV H' quantitative traits than CK group. analysis screened out five in Ten had content 6″-O-xylosyl-tectoridin tectoridin flowers group, total both exceeding 11%. After clustering, 9 separated. Nine pairs polymorphic primers frrom 64 primers. A 1 620 loci detected, average percentage loci(PPL) 83.33%. Nei's gene index(H) Shannon's information index(I) 0.192 2 0.305 2, respectively. 4 out. According above results, No. 30, 66, 89 subjected greater by better content. Moreover, plant 30 variation weight two times These can be used as key materials for subsequent experiments.
